Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us through the profile form on this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
Who is responsible
The operator of the website rightview.sk (a private research website, not run by a company) is the controller of your personal data. Contact for all data protection questions: Therightviewteam@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- From the profile form: your name, company, email, phone, country, the kind of investor or partner you are, and the interests you describe — only what you choose to enter.
- The date and time you gave your consent.
We use this data only to contact you about RightView's research and possible cooperation. We do not sell it, we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not send it outside the European Economic Area.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to Therightviewteam@gmail.com; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete it.
Who processes it for us
The website and its database are hosted by WebSupport s.r.o., Slovakia, which processes the data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
Technical data
- To protect the form against abuse we keep a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your IP address for at most 24 hours. It cannot be turned back into the address. The form also sets one technically necessary session cookie, which is deleted when you close the browser. We use no tracking or analytics cookies.
- The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- The research vault is decrypted only inside your browser. Your access code is never sent to us or stored.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to Therightviewteam@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
